Deniliquin Yoga Therapy Classes

CLASSES

Sally teaches at Intereach on Wednesdays 5.47-7pm and Thursday 9.00-10.15

Beginners welcome and experienced yogis encouraged.

$20 per class  75 minutes and includes 15 minute relaxation towards the conclusion of class.

EFT available 

Class content will include gentle yoga and somatic movements with Sally encouraging her students to practice at their own pace, there is no keeping up or trying to attain a shape.

Riverina Yoga Studio : Griffith  general yoga classes 

UNSW: taught yoga and meditation skills to the UNSW Rural Medical School student doctors in conjunction with Dr Damien Limberger.

Schools: Booligal, St Patricks, Marion College and Griffith East schools.

Griffith City Council:  beginners yoga classes and staff classes at the library.

Intereach: meditation and yoga to carers and staff.

OneDoor: yoga for carers and mental health workers.

Lord Somers Camp:  volunteered and taught yoga for the Mirabel and Sisterworks organisations.
