Sally is an experienced and studied yoga teacher who loves sharing the myriad of benefits that yoga practice brings.
She is an accredited Yoga Therapist and teaches group classes and individual clients in Deniliquin, NSW and Anglesea, Victoria.
Her teaching and clinical practice is underpinned with a deep foundational knowledge in the traditional teachings of yoga in the tradtion of Krishnamachaya and the work of his son, renowned yoga therapist; TKV Desikachar.
Empowering people is Sally's passion. She is inspired and guided by the work of her principle teacher, Donna Farhi.
"The yoga teacher's role is to be an agent for guiding the student to their own perception, thoughts, feelings, kinesthesia and insights."
Sally continues to study and learn with contemporary embodiment pioneers from the somatic world including Phillip Shepherd, Lisa Peterson, Peter Blackaby, Mary Bond and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
Sally's motivation is to be useful to her students and clients by providing them with strategies to feel safe, stable and supported amid the flux of everyday life.
