Join Sally Wilcox on a rejuvenating and culinary adventure
through the enchanting landscapes of Southern India.
Our journey begins in the city of Fort Kochi on the West Coast, an enclave,
where the tapestry of history, art and culture converge with the echoes of ancient trade.
We explore its laneways, markets, boutique shops, experience centuries old local practices,
colonial architecture and fusion of cultures.
We then traverse the beautiful western ghats and embark on an exploration through
the Periyar wildlife sanctuary. Immersing ourselves in the aromatic richness of the
Spice Plantations, uncovering the medicinal wonders of cardamom, pepper,
clove and a blend of exotic spices unveiling the distinctive flavours
that distinguish Kerala cuisine.
It is here our chef takes us through local markets and an interactive cooking experience demonstrating the culinary art of using spices.
We continue the journey through the renowned Kerala backwaters, where we spend two nights on Premium Houseboats. Immerse yourself in village life,
visiting a local school, church and community.
Canoe through the backwaters and unwind on our private houseboats with chefs and crews ensuring an all-inclusive experience.
Our journey culminates to a haven of rejuvenation at our Marari Beach resort, sprawled across 30 acres of coastal bliss amongst the coconut groves.
Here we immerse in the teachings of Ayurveda, experience a blissful traditional oil massage, bike ride through local seaside villages and our
final culinary farm to table immersive cooking experience.
Woven throughout this tour will be optional yoga classes facilitated by Sally.
